How do I book?

Simply get in touch via our contact form or message us directly with your event date, location and details. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

How much is the deposit?

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your event

How much space do you need?

We typically require a space of around 2.5m x 2.5m, along with access to a standard power socket.

What is included in the photo booth experience?

All packages include unlimited visits, instant prints for your guests on the day, a selection of props and a digital gallery after the event.

What happens if our event runs late?

This depends on the circumstances, but we understand timings can often shift — especially at weddings where things commonly run over. Our Signature Wedding Experience includes a full-time guarantee, meaning you’ll still receive your full hire time without worrying about delays.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive printed photos instantly on the day, and your full digital gallery will be sent shortly after the event to view, download and share.

Do you travel outside of Bristol & South Glos?

Yes — we cover surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

What types of events do you cover?

We provide photo booth hire for weddings, birthdays, private parties and corporate events.

What happens if our event runs late?

Our Signature Wedding Experience includes a full-time guarantee, meaning you’ll still receive your full hire time without worrying about delays.With other packages we are very leniante but not required to stay past the booking time.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates and weddings, as availability can fill up quickly

What dates do you still have available?

Availability changes regularly, so the best way is to get in touch with your event date and we’ll confirm straight away.

Can we secure our date now?

Yes — your date is secured with a 20% deposit. Once this is paid, your booking is locked in.
